Show Notes

The Atlanta Braves went 2-1 on their trip vs the San Diego Padres as the bats went quiet. The defensive play from the Atlanta Braves has been a bright spot thanks to the play of Austin Riley, Ronald Acuña Jr., Ozzie Albies, and other standout members of the squad.

Ronald Acuña Jr. is still playing like the best player in all of baseball and should battle for an MVP this season. Michael Soroka is returning to form during his rehab stint.

The Atlanta Braves take on a Houston Astros team that is below .500 but appears solid, they have just lacked clutch hitting. They can still get on base and timely hitting will be a key point to watch during this series.
On today's Braves Today Podcast, Ben Taylor and Lindsay Crosby discuss the latest Atlanta Braves news, thoughts on the season so far, and what to look for in the series against the Houston Astros.
